About Kaltin

Kaltin Contstruction Inc. was started in Los Angeles CA in 1989 by Peter Theodore Kallie.

Born in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and having spent his formative years in Johannesburg South Africa where he honed in on his Master Building techniques. Peter moved to the United states in 1986 and began slowly making a name for himself in the general contracting world.

Currently operating from Naples, Florida, Peter and the team from Kaltin Construction Inc. are well known and respected from Marco Island to Bonita Springs.

Focusing primarily on Kitchen and Bathroom renovations, no job is too big or too small for the Kaltin crew.

Awesome Bathroom

The kitchen is where the heart is. Our old kitchen was uninviting and dysfunctional. Peter proposed a full design and installation within our budget, delivered on time and added extra. Our new kitchen is warm and open and brings joy to my heart with every meal we make. Peter has also enjoyed a meal or two with us 🙂

Dream Kitchen

We moved to Naples from Michigan, our new house needed – Peter got the job done before we could finish unpacking. I can not recommend them enough.
